From June 1 to September 4 in the halls of Villa Fiorentino in Sorrento, the exhibition "Journey into Impressionism, from Monet to Gauguin", dedicated to the artistic movement born in France in late 800.
On display 130 works including watercolors, etchings, oils on canvas, inks on paper, photo aquatints, woodcuts, lithographs, books some unpublished and from private collections.
It is possible to admire artists such as Monet, Manet, Sisley, Degas, Renoir, Van Gogh, Courbet, Bonnard, Corot, Toulouse-Lautrec, Cezanne, Pissarro, Géricault, Delacroix, Gauguin and many others.
The exhibition, organized by the Sorrento Foundation, is curated by Vincenzo Sanfo, Gabriele Accornero of Bridge Consulting.
The entrance ticket to Villa Fiorentino is € 10 and, in addition to the Journey into Impressionism you can admire the photographic exhibition on Sofia Loren and the Tuff and the Sirens and the permanent exhibition of Carillon.
